Terms & Conditions Lovely Késh Connect Effective Date: September 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Lovely Késh Connect provides marketing, advertising, and social media growth services as outlined on our website. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed with payment at the time of scheduling.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Rush turnaround requests (+$40) must be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Monthly retainer discounts (10% off) apply to recurring service agreements only.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • Completed digital deliverables (content packages, ad copy, strategy documents) are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials created by Lovely Késh Connect remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives full rights to use the delivered materials for their own business.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking

  • Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner

  • Use our deliverables in compliance with applicable laws and platform guidelines

7. Limitation of Liability

Lovely Késh Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Results Disclaimer

We are committed to delivering high-quality strategy and creative work. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as follower counts, sales figures, or advertising performance, as these depend on factors outside our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
